While the setting is high class and romantic, the Aureole American
restaurant is warm and inviting and very comfortable. The wine list
is amazing and the prix-fixe lunch keeps the food affordable. The
Aureole American restaurant has soft light everywhere and the service is
impeccable. The desserts are my favorite part, but the main courses
are amazing, too. Some favorites are prosciutto crusted rabbit and
sashimi fluke on grapefruit. One of the best American restaurants in
New York City - love it!
