Wow, this place is amazing. Spectacular, but not expensive, Ruby
Foos NYC holds 400 customers and has three
floors. Great for thirty-somethings and for families. You
definitely want to get reservations - it's always jam-packed and fun, with
6 sushi chefs, dim sum, exciting atmosphere, a raw bar upstairs.
Ruby Foos is all set up to ensure that you have fun. The owner is
Steve Hanson, and Ruby Foos Restaurant buys a huge percentage of the fish sold in
New York. They have salads, soups, and wok dishes, and the dim sum
is incredible.
